Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

Praetorian Consulting ships orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Where We Ship From

Orders ship from Texas. Depending on the item, your order may ship either:

  • Directly from Praetorian Consulting, or

  • Directly from the original manufacturer (drop-ship fulfillment)

Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and the fulfillment source.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from transit time.

Shipping methods

  • Economy shipping is the default option at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request and typically costs extra.

If you need expedited shipping, contact us before placing your order (or immediately after) and we’ll confirm available options.

Split Shipments/Multiple Packages

If your order contains items fulfilled by different sources (Praetorian Consulting and/or one or more manufacturers), you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Manufacturer-Direct Shipments and Liability

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. When an item is shipped manufacturer-direct:

  • The manufacturer is responsible for packaging and shipment handling for that item.

  • Praetorian Consulting will still assist with communication and next steps if an issue occurs, but the manufacturer’s policies and processes may apply.

When an item is shipped from Praetorian Consulting, Praetorian Consulting is responsible for shipping-related issues for that shipment, including shipping damage as outlined below.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (item and packaging)

  • A brief description of what happened

If the damaged item shipped from Praetorian Consulting, we’ll work with you to make it right.

If the damaged item shipped directly from the manufacturer, we’ll help coordinate, but the manufacturer will be responsible for the shipping damage claim and resolution.
